These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to Ride Order, an Android puzzle game (the "App") owned and operated by NXGOAI ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Description of the App
Ride Order is a single-player puzzle game. You control vehicles that follow fixed paths, matching them with color-coded passengers and sequencing your moves to clear each level.
No Account Required
The App does not require you to create an account or provide any personal information to play. Your gameplay progress is stored locally on your own device — see our Privacy Policy for full details.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, redistribute, or resell the App or its assets (levels, artwork, code), except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law, and not to use the App for any unlawful purpose.
No Purchases, Subscriptions, or Advertising
As of this version, the App contains no in-app purchases, no subscriptions, and no advertising. If this changes in a future version, these Terms will be updated accordingly.
Intellectual Property
The App, including its name, design, levels, and code, is owned by NXGOAI or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or sell any part of the App without our prior written consent.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NXGOAI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may discontinue or modify the App at our discretion.
Changes to These Terms
