This Privacy Policy applies to Ride Order, an Android puzzle game (the "App") owned and operated by NXGOAI ("we", "us", or "our"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we handle information when you use the App. By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.
This policy is based on a direct review of the App's actual source code and configuration as of the date above, and describes what the App genuinely does.
Information We Collect
Ride Order does not require you to create an account and does not collect any personal information, device identifiers, advertising identifiers, location data, contacts, or camera or microphone data. The App's released version requests no runtime permissions that would allow any of this.
The only information the App handles is your own gameplay progress — which levels you've completed and your best move count for each — generated and stored entirely on your own device. See "Locally Stored Data" below.
How We Use Your Information
Because we do not collect any information from you, we have no personal data to use. Your gameplay progress is used solely by the App itself, on your device, to show which levels you've completed and to unlock the next one when you return to the game.
Locally Stored Data
The App saves your level-completion status and best move counts using your device's standard local app-storage mechanism (Android's SharedPreferences). This data never leaves your device, is not linked to your identity, and is not accessible to us.
Uninstalling the App removes this locally stored data, following your device's normal app-data-removal behavior.
Data Storage and Security
Because the App does not transmit any data to us, we do not store or process your gameplay data on any server. The security of your locally stored progress depends on your own device's security; we recommend keeping your device's operating system up to date.
Data Retention
We retain nothing, because we receive nothing. Your locally stored progress remains on your device for as long as the App stays installed, or until you clear its storage.
Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data that a company holds about you. Because Ride Order does not collect or hold any personal data on any server, there is nothing for us to provide, correct, or delete on our end. You can remove all locally stored App data at any time by uninstalling the App or clearing its storage through your device's system settings.
Third-Party Services
The App does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting software development kit (SDK), and does not share information with any third party. The Google Play Store itself, through which the App is distributed, operates under Google's own privacy policy, which is separate from this one.
Children's Privacy
The App does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children, because it does not collect personal information from any user at all.
International Data Transfers
Because the App does not transmit any data anywhere, no international transfer of your data occurs in connection with your use of the App.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy at any time, including if a future version of the App changes what data it collects — for example, by adding an online feature. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
